WB Primary TET News – Currently, one of the most talked about issues in India is WB Primary TET corruption. On Friday, division bench of Justice Subrata Talukdar and Justice Supratim Bhattacharya of the Calcutta High Court ruled that only those who cleared the WB TET exam in 2014 will get jobs in the pending vacancies of 2014.

The High Court said, if the Primary Education Board has said that 3929 posts have been filled in the upcoming recruitment circular; then these posts should be excluded. Only the candidates who cleared the WB Primary TET exam in 2014 will get jobs in the pending vacancies of 2014.

The Primary Education Board had announced the recruitment of 16,500 vacancies in the recruitment process in 2020. But recently it came into light that out of the 16,500 vacancies, only 12,000 were filled.

WB Primary TET News – What did HC division bench say on the hearing?

Last September, Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay had ordered that rest of the 3929 posts be filled on the basis of merit among the applicants. The Board has to report to the court to inform about who has been given the job on Nov 11, 2022.
