Ambani-led Reliance Jio has changed some of it’s prepaid plans. The removing incluides most of It’s Disney+ Hotstar tied plans. Earlier, Jio had 11 Disney+ Hotstar tied post-paid plans.

Reliance Jio removes all ties with Disney+ Hotstar.

Removed plans:-
India’s leading telecom operator Jio has changed some of it’s post-paid plans. The plans are Rs 333 plan, Rs 1,099 plan, Rs 499 plan, Rs 783 plan, Rs 601 plan, Rs 799 plan, Rs 583 plan, Rs 1,199 plan, Rs 419 plan. These plans are no longer available to recharge on the Reliance Jio platform.

Remained plans:-
Mukesh Ambani-led Jio changed some of it’s prepaid plans. It cut off 11 pre-paid plans including Rs 799 plan, Rs 583 plan, Rs 1,199 plan. It now has only 2 remaining plans. The two plans are Rs 1499 and Rs 4199. Both plans offer yearly subscriptions to Disney+ Hotstar Premium. Disney+ Hotstar will be streaming the upcoming ICC T20 World Cup.

User’s problems:-
This new change might affect some of the users. Reliance Jio lost the digital media rights to the world’s biggest cricket league IPL to Reliance Industries-owned Viacom18.
