As per reports, some engineers are even asked to work do 12 hours shift in a day and 7days in a week. The employees are asked to justify their works and their team’s works and explain their value to the company.
The New York Times claimed that few managers of Elon Musk’s Twitter are terrified of being evaluated for their jobs. The report stated “Managers at Twitter have instructed some employees to work 12-hour shifts, seven days a week, in order to hit Musk’s aggressive deadlines, according to internal communications”.
No day-off for Elon Musk’s Twitter employees
The New York Times also reported that Elon Musk had ordered major job cuts across Elon Musk’s Twitter’s workforce. The deadline has been given just few days after Elon Musk took over the company and also fired the then CEO, Parag Agrawal including few other Twitter executives.
Elon Musk has also came up with another idea regarding the “Blue tick”. This came up with a lot of backlash. Elon Musk responded to the backlash by saying that “to all complainers, please continue complaining, but it will cost $8” (INR 640/-).
