DA Increased – Good news for state government employees! Finally the problem of DA arrears is solved! Not only that, DA also increased at the rate of 12%. The chief minister of the state gave gifts to the state government employees before the end of the year.

This increase will be applicable from December. The chief minister of this state has announced to increase the DA 12%. Not only that, the relief dearness allowance also be applicable for pensioners as well.
The chief minister of the state said in a press conference on 27th December,2022 that this decision will benefit 1,04,600 regular employees and 80,800 pensioners. The Chief Minister said that the 12% DA increase would put an additional burden of Rs 120 crore on the state government every month and Rs 1,440 crore on an annual basis.
Central government had increased the DA rate of the employees by 3%. DA of Government employees increase from 31% to 34% January 2022. Again, Central government employees had increased the DA rate by 4%. DA of Government employees increase from 34% to 38%.
